Agreement
Last month, we introduced our updated Consignment Agreement, which officially went into effect on July 1, 2026. Thank you to everyone who has already reviewed and signed the updated agreement.
These updates were implemented to better reflect how Aeron House operates today and to support our continued growth as a professional auction house. The revised agreement provides greater clarity for both consignors and buyers while improving inventory accountability, auction planning, and overall operational efficiency.
Some of the key updates include:
- Enhanced inventory documentation and intake procedures
- Clearer guidelines regarding auction timing, lotting strategy, and unsold items
- Updated policies for withdrawals, buy-backs, and item returns
- Additional payout options, including Check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App
- Stronger protections that promote fairness and integrity throughout the auction process
These changes are intended to create a more transparent experience for everyone while allowing us to continue building stronger auctions and delivering the highest level of service possible.
