About
For those we haven’t had the chance to meet in person, I wanted to share a bit about who’s behind the business. I’m Josh, and my wife Jennifer and I have been married for 10.5 years. We actually met through family connections out in Kansas—she was in the Kansas City area attending the University of Kansas Medical Center to become a physical therapist after graduating from Clemson University, and she still practices today. On top of that, she’s now in her third year running her own bookkeeping business, which continues to grow.
I grew up in a small rural town in Kansas and later earned my business degree from DeVry University, focusing on Operations Management. My career has been split between manufacturing and large-scale e-commerce, including time with Amazon and seven years with Chewy. Those experiences taught me a lot about operations, customer service, and logistics, and that background has played a big role in how we’ve built and continue to improve Aeron House. It’s also shaped our focus on creating an auction experience built around trust, transparency, and great service for both consignors and buyers. As Aeron House continues to grow, my goal is to keep improving the way we do things without losing the personal approach that got us here.
We have two amazing kids—Rylie (5) and Harrison (1.5)—who keep us busy and smiling. Before settling here in Dillsburg, our path took us from Kansas City to Jersey City, then into New York City and Long Island City. These days, when we’re not working, we love to travel and spend time together as a family.
